We do our best to ship your gifts as quickly as possible. Please note our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If there are multiple items purchased all items will ship at the same time unless we are notified of a particular customer request. Because of this, Express shipping is not usually necessary which is why we often don’t offer it during online checkout. If you would like to inquire about express shipping call us and we will be happy to help.

Because we want your experience with to be a simple and enjoyable one, we charge a flat rate of $6.99 for any order of any size to a Continental U.S. street address. We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Those orders will be shipped for a flat rate of $16.99. Please note that a shipping surcharge applies to certain items that exceed standard size and weight measurements. If an item has an extra shipping surcharge it will be noted for your attention.

Our goal is to ship all orders in full within 5 business days. Depending on your location they will arrive at your home within 5 to 10 business days from the time you placed your order. We normally ship using UPS, DHL, and FedEx.

Because we support our military families we do ship to APO boxes via the USPS at the same rates previously quoted.

Embroidered items usually get shipped within 5 business days and hand painted items typically take 1-2 weeks to paint, dry and ship, however they are worth the wait.

Return Policy


Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please call 1-866-476-0868 or email to cancel an order.

Backorder Policy

If you have ordered an item that is on backorder we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for the order. We ship all orders in full only.

Damaged Goods Policy

All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by Sparrows’ Flight, Inc. Hushabye Baby Gifts is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Hushabye Baby Gifts at no charge.
